Starting early October all Middleburg procedures will be at our new office, 107 West Federal Street, Suite 13. Traveling West on Rt. 50 turn Left at the traffic light, first Right on Federal Street to Federal Court office condos on the Left. Unit 13 (second floor).

As of June 1st, 2021, Virginia has lifted the mask mandate for non health care fully vaccinated employees and the social distancing requirements.
Permanent-Line will no longer require fully vaccinated staff members or clients to wear masks in the Middleburg office. Unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated clients are encouraged (not mandatory) to continue wearing masks.
We will keep you updated on the mask policy in our guest offices but until further notice we ask that masks be worn in guest offices (Rockville, Southern VA).

Office Policies
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again. Astrid is currently taking appointments in Middleburg, Rockville and Southern VA.
To ensure the safety of our clients and employees, we have implemented the following recommended COVID-19 safety guidelines:
- Only one client is permitted in the office. Therefore please arrive alone at your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive early please contact us prior to entering the office to ensure we are ready for you.
- Please arrive in the office wearing a mask.
- Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office.
- Your temperature will be checked prior to your procedure so please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill.
If you feel more comfortable limiting your time in the office and would prefer to pay for your procedure or office fee in-advance please contact the office.
