PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
Appointment Deposit & Reservation:
Upon scheduling a $50.00 – $100.00 deposit is required to reserve and hold your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the procedure fee on the day of your scheduled appointment. Balance is due the day of the procedure via cash, check or credit card.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 72 hour advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
If 2 appointments are missed or cancelled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due at the time you wish to schedule another appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within the time frame mentioned, you may apply the deposit towards a new appointment or have it refunded.
No Show Policy:
Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any futures appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.
Follow-up Appointments & Consultation Fees:
Please note that two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired permanent makeup look. We have a no refund policy, therefore encourage clients to schedule a follow-up appointment within 4-8 weeks of your original procedure so we may make slight modifications and enhancements if need be.
Follow-up appointments when received in the Middleburg office are included in the procedure fee for the first 12 months. There is an office fee of $50-$100 for all remote offices for follow-up appointments and consultations.
Touch-up appointments completed within 12-24 months of the original procedure date are half price. Any additional work after 24 months is considered a redo and will be charged at the full price.
